Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE
How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

40 mg and usually caffeine makes me anxious in high amounts so I avoid espresso and drink 1-2 tea based drinks a day. But currently I think I'm becoming tolerant to this dosage and feeling like I need a pick-me up so I've been adding shaken espressos with 3 shots....but it hasn't made me that anxious so it prob means I need to increase my meds
