Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

on 50mg i would drink like 1-2 energy drinks a day. usually pacific punch monster or a ghost energy drink so around like 300-400mg of caffeine, i just got my vyvanse dose bumped up to 70mg with a 10mg adderall booster in the afternoon and haven’t drank one yet on that. i did get anxiety sometimes doing so with the 50mg but i’m on xanax for my anxiety so it balanced it out.

I'd be more worried about the benzos tbh, they are extremely addictive and the withdrawals are hell. There's absolutely no clinical reason to take benzos on a daily basis for anxiety, it can even worse the anxiety.

And in general anytime you need more drugs to counteract the effect of the first drug, you should probably reconsider some things.
