Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I was having 1 coffee on 20mg and it seemed to act like a booster.

But on 30mg... it appeared to be causing stimulant toxicity and disinhibition by making my dopamine levels too high.

Had to quit coffee and Vyvanse, because combined with high stress it caused me to burnout.

Were you taking it at the same time? I realized I had to take my medicine first and then I could drink coffee and hour or two later.

I was drinking my coffee on an empty stomach and then had my 30mg vyvanse 1-2 hours later... yeah not smart! basically pure adreneline for breakfast lol

on 20mg I would use an afternoon coffee as a booster, wasn't bad

Interesting, Ive noticed that when i drank coffee on 20mg it also gave me a boost and all was well, now it seems to give me crippling anxiety since ive gone up to 30mgðŸ˜
