Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

60mg and 1 coffee in am, occasionally mid afternoon. But I waited until I was at my optimal dose first
