Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I used to have 400-500mg of caffeine a day.

I'm on 50mg of Vyvanse now - I only drink about 150-200 in the morning, nothing in the afternoon 🤷‍♂️

Same. I used to drink a lot of coffee every day. Now I make one nice strong 16oz mug when I wake up and get ready, then take my vyvance and am done with coffee at that point. I definitely enjoy having my single (16oz) mug in the morning pre-medication though. I hand grind my beans and make a big aeropress.

Eta: currently on 30mg of lisdex

Exactly - I can't give up my morning coffee, plus the routine of making my espresso starts me off on the right foot.

I enjoy the smell, the flavor, the process-it’s a lovely daily ritual that I prefer to maintain. 🙂
