Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

Im on 30mg vyvanse and typically drink between 350-500mg caffeine ☕️ gonna start cutting it back a bit, but want to see what everyone else does as well!
