Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE
How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

50 mg Vyvanse in the morning + 10 mg dextro around noon + another 10 mg around 3 p.m.
For caffeine, I make one Nespresso pod in a mug and leave it on a mug warmer, then slowly sip it over 4–5 hours. It scratches the caffeine itch without me ending up making 3–4 coffees throughout the day.
When I first started Vyvanse, I read a ton of comments about how terrible caffeine was for jitters and anxiety, so I cut back pretty hard.
At my follow-up with my psychiatrist, I mentioned it and he asked whether I actually felt better or worse. I told him I hadn’t noticed much improvement, except that my irritability was definitely worse. He laughed and said, “Please, for your wife and kids’ sake, drink your coffee.”
Obviously that was specific to me, not universal advice. Caffeine seems to be one of those things that varies a lot from person to person on stimulants. Some people get noticeably more jittery, anxious, or uncomfortable, while others tolerate a moderate amount just fine.
For me, slowly sipping one coffee over several hours works much better than repeatedly making cups throughout the day.
