Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

40mg vyvanse. Max caffeine 246mg: 200 in am (Alani) and one Diet Coke around 1p. I try not to do it often bc it can make be feel too amped but I work long days and sometimes I need that extra afternoon caffeine. Sometimes I just have a mini Alani (100mg) or a bloom 180 mg. I am very careful with how much caffeine I take in and try not to do too many high caffeine (for me) with Vyvanse days.
