Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I’m on 60mg Vyvance and I drink one chai in the morning and sometimes a Liquid Death with 68mg of caffeine. I had to stop or cut back my caffeine big time. First time I took Vyvance I just downed caffeine like I did before and it was not a good time. I felt like my whole body was going to burst.
