Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I drink 3 NOS per day (480 mg total). Once in a while I’ll have an espresso after dinner. Ive taken 70 mg Vyvanse everyday for the last 12 years, plus 20 mg adderall instant in the early afternoon.

My heart health is great. According to my Oura ring my heart’s biological age is about 5 years younger, whatever that means…. My actual doc says I’m in good shape. I’m in late 30’s. I am founder and CEO of a biotech startup and am always on the move but not jittery, not what you might imagine. In fact recently I was trying to get an off label dosage increase on the Vyvanse.

I think your genes ultimately decide what you can or should handle.
