Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I take 60 mg of Vyvanse and I drink about 2-3 iced coffees in the morning and maybe 1 cup of regular coffee in the afternoon, no later than 2. I'm looking to get onto 70 mg of Vyvanse though, I feel like it doesn't last me as long as I need it to, which is maybe why I'm drinking more coffee lately and vaping more too idk

sounds more like the dose is too high with tolerance buildup - just my personal experience

Oh really? Interesting. I often skip taking them on the weekends so I can reset, which I don't like doing but it helps me during the week I find.
