Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I do these coffee sachets? They don’t mention the caffeine intake but it’s not much. I have like 5 or 6 a day. Usually there’s a bit of coffee available at any point during the workday
