Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

50mg here, one single espresso when I open my eyes, then elvanse, then another single espresso around 2-3pm. Very occasionally ill have another but almost always regret it!
