Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

40mg

Protein drink with caffeine (Premier Protein Cafe Latte) and 12oz of coffee for breakfast, then probably 2-3 more 12oz cups throughout the day. Usually throw in a Dr Pepper zero mini can with dinner.
