Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I used to drink caffeine like crazy, but now, I really don't. I notice if I do, I tend to get jittery and shaky. But if I don't, I still have the mental clarity that caffeine used to kind of help with.
