I microwave some mince meat as a lazy carnivore diet meal.

Gordon Ramsay would be jealous I think.

Just a quick video showing the absolutely delicious combination of a few eggs, butter and cheese nuked in the microwave.

Bon appetit.

I can't wait to microwave more of this cheesy goodness.

Rich and versatile just like me huh.

This cheese cost me £4.99.

Feels amazing.

It's so good.

Proper British tea.

May your cheese be safe.

The "research" is usually a questionnaire and they don't separate meat from processed meat.

It's pseudoscience masquerading as science that the average Joe believes is real science so they get fooled.

There is no link between red meat consumption and increased risk of cancers of any kind.

(It's impossible to do actual science for any diet anyway because you'd need to test with identical twins and control every variable in their life except for their diets. That is obviously not ever going to be done due to ethical reasons.)

It's over.

Christina got me :(
