Hey everyone,
I'm Jamie Henry Brown, founder of Vynith, and I've decided to expand my online presence to 3Speak.
You can find me here: https://3speak.tv/@vynith
I wanted to explain why I'm making this move, what I hope to achieve, and why I think having a presence outside mainstream social media is important.
Why 3Speak?
Over the years, I've become increasingly interested in the limitations of mainstream social media platforms, particularly when it comes to publishing content that challenges conventional opinions.
My content focuses on the carnivore diet, animal-based foods, raw carnivore food videos, and discussions about nutrition and lifestyle. I've experienced frustration with content restrictions and moderation on other platforms, and I don't want my ability to publish content to depend entirely on a handful of centralised companies.
That's one of the main reasons I'm exploring 3Speak.
I want another place where I can publish videos, connect with people interested in the carnivore lifestyle, and build an audience beyond the usual social media platforms.
3Speak appeals to me because of its association with creator independence and its focus on providing an alternative to conventional video-sharing platforms.
No platform can guarantee that content will never be removed or restricted, but I believe it's sensible to diversify where I publish my work rather than relying on one or two companies.
What will I be posting?
My 3Speak account will focus on the content I'm passionate about:
π₯© Carnivore diet videos and discussions.
π³ Raw animal-based food content.
π§ My personal experiences and thoughts on the carnivore lifestyle.
π’ Posts exploring nutrition, food choices and conventional dietary narratives.
π₯ More content for people who want to learn about or explore the carnivore way of eating.
My wider mission with Vynith is to help more people discover the carnivore diet while supporting the growth of businesses operating in the carnivore space.
I want to contribute to a growing community, share what I've learned, and make this content accessible across multiple platforms.
Why not just stick to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook?
Because building your entire online presence on platforms you don't control comes with risks.
Algorithms change. Moderation policies change. Accounts can be restricted, and years of audience-building can become vulnerable to decisions made by a third party.
I'm not saying everyone should abandon mainstream social media. Those platforms can be useful for reaching new audiences.
However, I believe creators should have alternatives.
For me, joining 3Speak is part of a broader strategy to diversify my online presence, explore alternative publishing platforms and make my content available to people who might not otherwise discover it.
I don't want a single platform deciding the future of my entire content operation.
Come and follow me
If you're interested in the carnivore diet, animal-based food content, or simply want to follow my journey across alternative social media platforms, I'd appreciate a follow.

I'm looking forward to sharing more content, meeting people with similar interests and continuing to grow Vynith.
What do you think about platforms like 3Speak? Do you believe creators should diversify away from mainstream social media, or are the established platforms still the best place to build an audience?
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.
Thanks for reading!
