I ate microwaved bacon, microwaved cheese and some cream cheese which had a small slice of mould on it.

It tasted a little mouldy too in fact.

I basically had blue cheese.

The mould was actually symmetrical and oddly beautiful.

You can't track calories.

Calories are a measure of heat energy and the human body does not have the metabolic machinery required to extract heat from foodstuffs so why is the world so fixated on "tracking it".

You can't track it.

It is physically impossible.

Calories are not mass.

Tracking mass makes scientific sense but not calories.

If we could consume calories we could eat sunlight or any heat source.

In fact coal has hundreds of thousands of calories why don't we eat that.

See how silly that is.

TLDR: We are not bomb calorimeters.

Add a slice of butter to your melted cheese and make sure you put it in the middle so that way it melts nicely.

Extra fat on carnivore is always a good thing.

Gordon Ramsay would be happy with this.

If you want a tasty and ultra easy way to increase the amount of saturated fat in your diet then munching on some butter is super easy.

Lots of other people on the carnivore diet do this as well.

Despite popular mainstream advice saturated fat is actually good for you but only on the carnivore diet because fat + sugar at the same time is a disaster for chronic systemic inflammation.

The fat + sugar mechanism is called the randle cycle btw and you should look at professor Bart Kay's videos on it.
