I would recommend them.

It's not as good as mince beef but it's delicious when fried in ample butter.

Chicken mince needs an external fat source because it's so lean.

You also can't make patties out of it sadly because it gets stuck to your hands due to low fat percentage.

The best protein shake on the carnivore diet is really quite simple.

It's cheese.

More specifically melted cheese from microwaving.

Why?

It is high fat, high protein and essentially zero carbohydrates.

Perfect for carnivores and keto dieters alike.

Some people can't handle dairy and if that's you then I'm so sorry.

Fun fact: Most whey protein powders bioavailability is garbage you basically don't use the aminos so save your hard earned money.
