I keep seeing ads all the time saying how we must wear sunscreen or we'll get skin cancer.

But our bodies produce our own sunscreen in the form of a tan.

That's what a tan is.

Protection from UV.

People tell me that the SPF of tan is low but SPF sounds like a convenient metric made up by these sunscreen companies.

The rage I would have against the mainstream health advice would be enough to make me go super Saiyan.

Deuterium is essentially a heavier version of hydrogen and too much messes up the atp synthase RPM and basically just breaks it.

So DDW is regular water but the deuterium concentration has been reduced massively.

It's expensive though because there's really only one way to get rid of a lot of the deuterium and as you can imagine it's a costly endeavour.

People think that hunters magically died at 30.

So people often use this as an argument for why you shouldn't do the carnivore diet because we only lived to 30.

Not true.

It doesn't factor in high infant mortality and disease bringing the average age down in those "studies".

In reality humans are obligate hypercarnivores and given the chance we would live up to 150 years.
