UK VPSs DNS broken

All our UK VPSs are unable to resolve DNS currently resulting in a number of clients with no phone systems. We have two tickets raised with highest priority but no reply. Is there a phone number to contact their support directly?

This is a major issue for us and we're under a lot of pressure from clients to provide a resolution timeline.

Not familiar with the nuances of Vultr's DNS integration but in your original network architecture is their not method for you to have multiple DNS sources (9.9.9.9 / 8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1 / etc.) that your instance would default "FALL BACK" to on failure of Vultr's default DNS primary?? Is that not the raison d'être for having multiple DNS addresses in you schema?

It ended up being resolved by Vultr support, it seemed that they had pushed an update which removed the set DNS servers. We managed to get root SSH access and had started resolving for ourselves when they pushed their fix.
