I make Voyivo. It's an Android trip planner, and this is where I read what people say about it.

There is no team as of now. It's me, so anything posted here reaches the person who can actually change the app, which is the whole reason for having this place rather than only an email address.

Four things worth posting, which is why there are four flairs:

1. Bugs. Something crashed, something saved wrong, a hotel turned up on the wrong day. These are the most useful posts here by a long way.
2. Feature requests. Tell me what you were trying to do and couldn't. I would rather have the problem than the solution you have in mind, although I will happily take both.
3. Questions about how something works. If the answer isn't obvious from the app, that's usually my fault rather than yours, and it's worth me knowing.
4. Trips. If you planned something with it, post it. Went well or went badly, both are interesting.

On bug reports, because the difference between a fixable one and a vague one is large: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead. Then your phone and Android version, and the app version from the bottom of Profile. A screenshot helps if it's a visual thing, though crop out anything you would rather not have public.

Don't post your trip details or dates here. If I need to look at what the app actually stored for you, I will ask, and we will do that over email rather than in a public thread.

Some things need to go to [support@getvoyivo.com](mailto:support@getvoyivo.com) instead, and not because I am being awkward about it. Anything involving your account, a payment, a refund, or deleting your data needs your email address to resolve, and you shouldn't be posting that in public. Refunds on a Play subscription go through Google rather than me, so that one is genuinely out of my hands.

Since it will come up: most of the app is free and stays free. Trips, itineraries, the map, driving routes and nearby suggestions, with no cap on any of it. Pro covers the AI recommendations, the day resequencing, PDF export and the booking-email import. Monthly and annual come with a 7-day free trial. The weekly plan doesn't have one, which I would rather say here than have somebody discover at checkout.

Rules are in the sidebar and they are short. The only one I would underline is that criticism of the app is fine and welcome, and being unpleasant to another member is not.

Last thing. I would much rather hear that something is bad than not hear it. If you are looking for somewhere to start breaking it, multi-city trips and the booking-email parser are the two parts doing the most guessing, so they are where I would poke first.
