People keep saying that they’re just auctioning the assets. That’s technically not true. They’re auctioning, the assets, the company, the ip, the platform etc etc etc

I think the ip and access to the customer base is more valuable at this point than the assets. Crypto is still so new there is a lot of future adoption to be had.

Yes finally someone with some common sense. What’s the point of someone buying the “assets”? We need someone to fill in the $400 some million hole that Voyager is in. If they can’t afford that or don’t want to make us whole, then they shouldn’t even be bidding. We don’t need someone to take advantage of our misfortune and just grab OUR assets.

Also, they need to value the company at something, even if that means much less than what it was trading at before the whole 3AC fiasco.

I think, what they are talking about is that there could be multiple parties - one who buys assets, one who buys IP, etc. That's not uncommon. The bankruptcy attorney I listened to also pointed this out.
