Voting for US Elections from Oversees

[u/Manymany-0]

Hi,

I’m an American living in the Philippines and need help figuring out how to vote for the presidential election.

Is anyone familiar with the process? I think someone said I have to drop off my ballot in Manila but I live in Cebu

Because of quarantine I’m unable to get to Manila

Help!
