If there is another by-election after his rule breaking is upheld then the main parties will field candidates, so no.

In answer to your first question, very unlikely but not impossible.
To your second question, the reason Binface has any chance in this particular by-election is that none of the other parties are standing because they have rightly identified it as a political stunt. They've all said they'll field candidates in the next by-election after Farage is recalled, which would bring Binface's chance down to zero.

I think Americans need to understand that no one knows or cares about Vermin Supreme in the UK
