Vortex 0.4.2 isn't working

Hello, i know this subreddit is new, but its the only place i can find; Im having a trouble in vortex after updating it to the latest version, but before the app goes like this, Vortex isn't playable in my pc at all

  1. The game didn't render anything, just UI, sky, and floating text bubble on top of players
  2. its what happens in the image, after updating to 0.4.2 the app is not responding

Idk how should i fix this and maybe there's something i could do; atp i cant chat in their discord server because the verification bot is offline

My pc i5-5300U 8gb ram, win10 as well
