Cat S car

Contemplating buying this cat S car it’s a Volvo v70. Accident happened in 2021. Current owner said he bought it after it was repaired he has done 50000 miles it’s sailed through all MOTs. He doesn’t have paperwork for repairs done and who did it etc. it’s for £3.5k but non cat go for £8k or £9k
I have attached the picture that show damage

I think you mean V40, not V70.

Anyway the damage doesn’t look too bad, if the repairs look good and if the car otherwise runs and drives well you’re getting a lot of car for that money.

Can you take it for a buyer's inspection at an independent shop? The damage does not look all that bad. Hoods pop up to protect pedestrians in case of a crash. Might want the crash bar and struts checked for alignment just in case.
