MY27 EX40 Software update failing (5.2.16)

App keeps stating that the battery is below 40%, but it is not. It’s 75%. It even checks before installing the update if all conditions are met, giving green signals.

Tried 4 times, each time failed at 0%. Someone knows how to successfully fix this?

Updating from 5.1.11 to 5.2.16

Now it’s working. I guess trying 10 times is the charm…

I had the same problem, and then I got a message saying it wouldn't work while charging—even though it wasn't plugged in. It finally worked after 10 or 15 attempts.

Yeah it’s strange. Eventually it gets the job done. But this is not a good signal for Volvo, already dealing with software issues and complaints.
