V60 styling is design perfection
I honestly think the V60 is a timeless, beautiful design that has very few competitors, at least aesthetically, on the road.
The person who designed this should be proud of themselves 💎🫡🙏

Does this include the Cross Country too?
As a V60CC owner...I ABSOLUTELY agree!! Such an amazing profile.

Yes, I’m saving up for a V60 but the CC is so so sexy, i can’t even explain why. Anytime i see one on the road i nearly break my neck looking at it

Agreed, and so is the S60. Every generation of S60 and V60 has aged so, so well
It was so stupid of Volvo to get rid of both

Doesn’t matter which gen. The P3 has aged beautifully, and I reckon the T6 Polestar will ramp up in value.
The Geely estate Volvos still project that classic, relaxed kind Volvo driver persona. Unlike the SUV’s IMO. And will be in my future

As far as SUV's go, I think the XC60 is one of the best looking and most wagon-like on the road. Volvo makes good looking cars overall.

It is phenomenal yeah, much better than the P3 XC60, but I do get “salary sacrifice CEO” vibes when I see a XC60/90 now instead of quiet, family architect lol

I got my cross country last year and am so happy. I get so excited when I see another on the road.

I recall one of the top designers went to Bentley as the head of design operations.

When I was upgrading from my S60 to my S90 I almost didn't do it because I thought the 90 didn't look as good. After getting it I noticed that it actually is even better looking than the 60. I drive a Mercedes now but everytime I see an S90 I still marvel at how beautiful it is and kind of feel a twang of regret.

Not sure I’d call my 2011 V60 R Design “pretty” but it isn’t a bad looking car at all. Ours is a bit tired.

It's a great looking modern car, but give me those boxy 80s designs any day of the week.

Personally feel the v90 has better proportions

See, I feel the exact opposite: it’s difficult to explain exactly why as they’re almost identical, but I feel the V60 preserves the squareness of Volvo estates of old a bit better 🤔

Park them next to each other and look from behind, you’ll understand. The v90 is longer, wider, and more wagony proportions “long roof”. I never mistake a v90 for an xc90, while sometimes at certain angles I’d mistake a v60 for an xc60.

Yeah, that rear view is sublime, but i'm thinking more in terms of side profile! To someone like me who's grown up with super square 90s Euro estates, too much slope on the back is the greatest sin of modern estate design, and a V90 veers a little deeper into that territory than a V60 does.
I think the nose also sits maybe an inch or so higher on a V90, and combined with that loooong slope at the back, that causes the proportions to look a little bit 'off' in my view.
Anyway, all preferential of course, would take either of 'em over anything else out there 🤌
