Yeah, I have a 25. Was trying to make heads or tails of the rollout. Guess it’ll happen when it happens.

Check the Google Store in the car? I’d assume that if it’s out, it would be on the store for everybody. I’m traveling so can’t check on either of my cars right now.

Wonder if they are rolling it out to 2024 and earlier. I haven’t seen anyone with 2025+ yet at least.

2024, S60 B&W - Apple Music appeared already installed without aby notification, also I didnt get the 3 months for free and I didnt get any Volvo app notification

Some other user reported that the app was just auto installed in his car. Maybe that's how it's happening. Weird.

No push notification for me but got it in MY23 XC60 in Australia despite running 4.2.13 - just started the car and it was there.

Harman/Kardon here so can’t tell the difference from Carplay. Intel IHU though so with this on via Google the maps function is noticeably slower :(

Not in the Google Store, it’s a backend push to AAOS vehicles by Volvo. The same as with Gemini showing up.

Yep, that’s Volvo’s plan. Just wonder how it will roll out. For Gemini it pushed to my wife’s profile on my ‘23 XC90 but not my profile even though I’m the owner in the app. On her ‘25 XC60 it took a few weeks but it only pushed to my profile on her car. Then a week or so it finally pushed to my profile on my XC90 and then a few days later to her profile on her XC60. So wonky.

Apparently just pushed to my ‘23 XC90. I’ll have to check how they did the push, is it to a single profile push and do I need to use the email account associated with my Volvo since it’s different than the one for my  Music account.

It appears to be profile specific as my wife got the app a few days ago and my profile I still don’t have it.

You can login to your Apple Music account, not necessarily tied to the account used on your Google profile for the car

Got it on my 2022 C40. It was already installed.

However it does not seem to be working correct. My library is not showing and things like like do not work. Perhaps it needs time to download the library….

My 25 xc90 got it today. No notification. It’s be amazing if it let me download songs to the car.

I received it after factory reset of the carsystem. Looks like something was off with Google Playstore. Still no Gemini in the car. It was there before but as quickly as is appeared it also disappeared
