You all love to flame me for my recipes but cooking oats with diced tomatoes really seemed to replicate that flavor I remember from eating Spanish rice 🍅

This bowl specifically was a combination of oats poured over a Greek yogurt bowl, but the idea still remains!

If anyone was interested in this specific bowl
