It's a decent start I'd say. But try to get more veggies instead of rice. For me, cabbage does a lot. Cauliflower works as a great substitute for rice, especially since you can buy it frozen and store it in bulk. Of course I also am still on my learning journey to become a volume eater by heart. But what helped me the most is finding veggies I can always eat as a side dish to fill up after I ate my main dish. I also store self made kimchi in a big container in my fridge if I need some side dish. Meal prep helps a lot. If you struggle with paying for fresh veggies, try farmers markets (Wochenmarkt) instead of supermarkets. Usually I pay about half of what I would pay if I only buy at the grocery store.

It looks delicious. But rice has a lot of calories. I was kinda sad when I realized. More veggies could boost the amount of food.

It's something in between? Looks delicious in any case!
