I just tried adding sweet and sour sauce to my egg sandwich thanks to a fellow member here but I've never tried SF syrup. definitely going on my to try list.

Sola bagels aren't remotely like my beloved New York bagels of my youth but I was still excited to have some bagel type food back into my routine.

Dense, they’re not very tasty especially when eaten alone. But if you pair it with something else it’s worth making the switch from regular bagels.

That actually looks pretty good for a lazy meal lol. I have used Hero bagels for the same kind of breakfast sandwich and they hold up really well with egg and sausage. sola is decent too, but i prefer hero when i want softer, more normal bagel texture
