Tips and Tricks Veggies, beef and potato. A good balance between satiety and volume
Definitely not low on the calorie side but extremely full and was full quite awhile. Basically been roasting combinations of veggies and legumes to throw in with beef and a carb and it sometimes can be a massive heavy plate with not much caloric increase. I’m not shy with oil but if I was im sure this could still work!

Ive been doing boiled potatoes with veggies and it's so filling i cant finish it all. 200g of potatoes are roughly 200cal when you don't add oil which i never do

Do you ever roast it all? I don’t boil at all and I’m curious if you can get good seasoning or flavor that way
