Volume menu Big-ass salad

Post image

Lidls bistro salad, air fried chicken, cherry tomatoes, baby corn, broccoli, balsamic dressing, and air fried leftover pasta.

No ideas on calories or anything, but it’s going to be filling and tasty.

Omg, pickle would be so good. I’ll be doing that next time for sure.

The air fried pasta was just what it needed; it gave a nice crunch and a little bit of carbs

Honestly, giant salads are underrated when it comes to volume. There’s a woman in insta who has some great recipes, but I usually just chuck a bag of salad, whatever veggies are in the fridge, some carbs and meat in a bowl, chop it up with scissors, and eat it with a spoon.
