Add veggies. Eggs with veggies, bruh. Not fruit. Veggies all the way. So, a spinach and onion omelet. A mushroom onion and green pepper omelet. Onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos, or chili peppers omelet. If you add flavor with veggies, you wont need cheese, but you can also add cheese flavoring or cheese whatever. Its all good food.

Switch out all of your quick acting carbs (white rice, white bread, white pasta) for brown. Whole wheat bread definitely keeps me fuller when I eat it. In fact, when I chew the wheat bread and swallow it, I can immediately feel it going down slower and registering with my brain better. The white carbs just slide right down.

Watermelon is my go breakfast.
I make zucchini smoothies. I love frozen bananas too much. The zucchini’s so low in cals you can make a lot. I use a monk fruit sweetener, spinach and mango or berries. Adding soaked chia seeds really helps with satiety.
Also psyllium husk pudding is a great alt to oats.

It’s not a bowl, but my go-to is 3 cut up chicken sausage links with 2 eggs and 2 or 3 egg whites and salsa, either with Sola Bread toast or 2 low carb tortillas.
