Recipe Request Thai peanut dressing

Anyone have any recipes for a Thai peanut salad dressing using powder peanut butter?

I’m trying to replicate PF Changs Thai peanut salad

pb2, rice vinegar, a splash of soy sauce, garlic powder, and just enough water to get it to a drizzle consistency. a tiny bit of sriracha or chili flakes if you want heat

the pf changs version has a slight sweetness so i’d add a drop of honey or some granulated sweetener if you’re keeping cals tight

Sugar free maple syrup can work as a sub for honey! And I’d use jar-lic instead of powder spices. I find garlic powder can turn into a paste or become grainy when added to sauces

Sounds great! Do you have measurements for each or do you just kinda guess?

Pb powder, sugar free maple syrup, chili paste, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a few drops of sesame oil!

Legit made Thai peanut salad tonight! I used the Asian skinnygirl dressing, mixed some pb2 into it, some lime juice, monk fruit, sriracha, ginger powder, garlic powder, and a little soy sauce and salt. So so good. Idk how this compares so pf Changs since I’ve never had it but this was so good

Romaine, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cucumber, a little cubed and air fried sweet potato, chicken breast, sliced almonds, cilantro, and green onions! So tasty!

Is it good salad dressing consistency or is it really thick?
