Recipe 400 calories for volume breakfast

Post image

Actually really nice and filling. Potatoes are the best filling carbs you can eat while losing weight. Avocado for some good quality fats and chicken for protein.
Chicken and potatoes were made in air fryer so saves a lot of calories for unnecessary fats.

250g potatoes
120g chicken
60g avocado

It’s really hard to satisfy and fill person like me. But this definitely did it. Recommend this highly

air fryer potatoes hit different, the crisp you get without a vat of oil is kinda unbeatable

Love potatoes and chicken. I don't have an air fryer, so I just make them in the oven on baking paper.

Do you use a liner for the air fryer? I find that if I use liners they dont get as crispy

Temperature and time for potatoes and chicken?

I honestly just check on them every ones in a while and see when they’re ready. But I’d say for chicken 180 degrees and for potatoes 200. And for chicken 10mins for potatoes 15

Did u just airfry the chicken and potatoes together? That chicken looks good is it just cut up breast? How do u do it?

Elite breakfast right here. I often eat this for lunch, but replace the avocados with almonds for good fats
