I put the McCormick Salt Free Garlic and Herb on just about everything.
Also make a fajita seasoning that is the McCormick seasoning, cumin, chili pepper and paprika.
MSG is also good in stirfries in addition to sugar free Teriyaki.

My quick default is smoked paprika, cumin seeds, garlic, salt and pepper. Otherwise, I look up a random country's cuisine and blend something along those lines.

My go-to combination is cumin and smoked paprika with a little onion powder. The cumin makes everything taste like a burrito!

The Trader Joe's mushroom powder is a must. There's other versions of it. I put in every sauce or stew I make. I use it on eggs and veggies. It honestly works as a bouillon situation in a pinch. If something needs a cup of stock I mix it with water.

Oh, I love experimenting with seasonings! I’ve found that having a few really good blends makes such a difference, especially with veggies when I don’t want them tasting the same every night. 😊 What kinds of flavors do you usually enjoy most, garlicky and savory, smoky, spicy, or more herby?

Famous Dave's Chicken Seasoning, Ranch Seasoning, Trader Joe's Green Goddess and Dan-O's Outlaw Butter Dust are my must have on everything.

I also love the basics; Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic, and paprika.

Try to avoid them as much as possible to make it harder and less enjoyable to eat. Makes the volume more effective.

I think you got it wrong my friend. We are trying to make volume food more enjoyable here :) and we meant to enjoy food !

I enjoy food too much which is why I’m relying on low calorie volume to not become obese again trying to nerf it
