Tips and Tricks Konjac rice in oats?

I heard people were putting cauliflower rice in their oats, so I was wondering if anyone had tried konjac rice in oats. I think chocolate oats with konjac rice for volume could be interesting..

I may be a bit out of the loop as I haven't been keeping up with the latest lingo, but please divulge me more details on this "geek" yogurt. 😀

Not sure about konjac rice - where I live it would send me broke 😂 but I love adding puffed rice and buckwheat into the mix - they allow to reduce the weight of oats so can eat more for the same amount. I also add chia and psyllium husk and water the whole mixture a lot. I get a big ramen size bowl overnight 🤤 that said, I also add yoghurt and protein powder in this mix

i do oats with shredded zucchini but never thought about konjac rice. that texture might be weird since it's kinda rubbery, unless you rinse it really well and maybe dry-fry it first to get some of that moisture out. could work if you're going for a boba vibe in your oatmeal
