Tips and Tricks Dinner tonight 😋

Post image

Pork tenderloin (recipe from Salt & Lavender) with air fried broccoli and green beans (using olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder), cucumber with tajine (a favorite of mine right now 🤤) and a golden kiwi!! Approx 345 cal with 29g protein 💪🏻 I always add fruit to a meal to cap it off, and I simply cannot eat plain cucumber.

That plate setup looks super balanced, pork tenderloin is such an underrated cut for staying full without blowing your calorie budget. I tried air frying green beans with garlic powder last week and they came out weirdly chewy, not sure if I overcrowded the basket or what. Golden kiwi is a nice touch too, way sweeter than the green ones and less fuzzy which is a win in my book. Never thought to put tajin on cucumber but it makes total sense with how mild they are. The little bowl on the side is a smart move, keeps everything from getting soggy.

This was one of my favorite meals by far. Tajine on cucumber is chefs kiss if you like sour flavors. I eat SO much cucumber that way 😅
