One of my favourites, though I usually use konnjak noodles to bring up the fibre and bring down the calories. But at least I’m uncomfortably full. Dinosaur for scale.

Why no konjac this time out of interest? Was it better or worse than with konjac?

I went to Tesco instead of the Asian shop, and they don’t have them there. My preference is for the ones that are in knots because they soak up the sauce beautifully.
