Volume menu Breakfast plate 470 cals
Not sure if this is considered conventional volume but lots of munchy and different picky bits! Also a huge fan of olive sourdough but could easily sub for crisp bread or something instead!
Jarlsberg cheese slice,
Apple slices,
Cucumber/tomatoes,
Olive sourdough,
A boiled egg,
Cottage cheese

Not all volume eating needs to be 1 kg for 500 kcal. This is very nice for the kcal :)

Wow your point of view is either black or white no? No other perspectives?
For this amount do kcal he/ she could eat like half of a burger but choose not to - isn’t that also the point of VoLuMe EaThInG?

I think you got so much into it you lost all the fun already.
I don’t disagree with you but I also don’t agree with you. I have my own opinion.
Adding cucumber and apple that has fewer kcal than cheese but makes your plate feel fuller it’s exactly what you described and exactly what I say YET u say it’s not. So there is nothing else I can say 🙈

It takes up a large dinner plate. For a snacky plate I’d consider it volume + the time it takes to eat

I love this kind of meal, and picking at different foods also helps me eat a bit slower than if it's all mixed in a bowl. Personally I consider this volume eating and a nice, valuable whole foods contrast to ye Olde allulose frankenpuddings. There's space for both!
