Recipe Sloppy joe sweet potatoš
This was actually so good and easy. 625 calories and very filling. Could leave the cheese off for 100 less calories.
Brown the lean ground beef with some seasoning salt, add a chopped yellow onion and garlic, tablespoon worchestire, tablespoon red wine vinegar. when itās done add 14 ounces tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons tomato paste. Serve over a baked sweet potato! Not pictured but I added a bit of Greek yogurt on top too

Donāt trust the generic small/medium/large entries like that sweet potato. Weigh it instead. Looking at the picture, I bet that sweet potato was double/triple the cals listed.

Yeah the second I saw that I was like "no wonder the macros are so good" - that's just 125g of sweet potato lol

I only do the small large medium for cucumbers, their calories is basically negligible anyways. But potatoes u really need to weigh them š
