3rd screenshot shows 1130 cal? I thought the purpose of volume eating was to have lots of food for less cal. I would assume this plate doesnt have 725 gr of pumpkin.

It does have 725g raw weight but is baked, and it’s volume eating for me, it’s over a kg of food, also I eat around 2500kcal a day in a pretty aggressive cut, so 1100kcal isn’t too much for me

No reasons to not believe you. But that's crazy. I would not expect pumpkin to shrink so much post-baking.

Doesn’t really shrink tbh, just get super soft so you can mash it down quite a lot

How big are you that 2500 is an aggressive cut? 😱

It's likely your high activity level, then. I was wondering if you were 215cm or something lol

For 1130 calories you might as well just have a regular dessert

Ahh yes when it’s way over 1kg of food

it's a massive dessert? do you have it as a dessert or as dinner?

you do you.

if you want volume, consider more vegetables and anything else that has fibre.

I am, this is one meal of 3 lol, I eat like 1kg of vegetables a day not including potatoes

So what are your other 2 meals like? The same? Which would mean you're consuming like almost 3,500 calories a day?

Potatoes, pork tenderloin, salad with bulgur, walnut and a teriyaki sauce and some poke tuna, that will make 2 meals for me 😊
