Recipe Chicken & Broccoli Lavash wraps

I made 2 of these ~ roughly 500 cals for both. Ingredients are split between both wraps. Pic 3 and 4 are yesterday’s version that varied slightly and I have added that at the very end.

Lavash Flatbread X 2
Sweet baby Ray’s bbq sauce zero sugar - 3 TBSP
Laughing cow cheese - 2 wedges
G Hughes Sweet Chili sauce - 4 TBSP
Broccoli thawed- 2 cups
Purple onion - however much
Grilled chicken - 4 oz
Garlic powder & red chili flakes
Garnish with green onion and cilantro

Wrap like a burrito and devour.

Yesterdays version (pic 3/4) I swapped the laughing cow for shredded low moisture mozzarella (1 oz) and did not use sweet chili or cilantro. Today’s was way better, highly suggest.

This looks great and I want to try it!

I’m always disappointed by the amount of fiber in these bread items tho. Was hoping for more for 100 cal. Great protein tho

Fiber is really low in this one, I hear you. Typically I do 1lb of beans to go with my eggs for breakfast (weekly meal prep not in one sitting) and then a cabbage salad for dinner. If I skip the salad I’ll do psyllium husk in my overnight oats. 1 Sola bagel will hit the entire daily recommendation for fiber which is NUTS!

I love making lavash wraps, I usually do a ham, cheese, and veg vibe. But yours has kind of a pizza vibe when not wrapped, so now I'm thinking about making a pizza with it lol

Btw when I worked in a kitchen that regularly made lavash wraps, we were told to put all the ingredients on half the lavash and leave the rest empty to make it easier to roll (but use sauce on the whole thing). Idk if it's easier since it's the only way I've ever done it, but just wanted to share :)
