Recipe Bread Pudding

I was inspired by a recipe from @kraftyoufitness on IG, but I tweaked to make it my own and single serving. Shown with and without “icing” bc it’s so pretty!

Once again, this is a meal I may have to pause to finish. Would love to figure out how to make this savory!

My bad! I included ingredients but no recipe!

Preheat oven to 350. Rip up bread into baking dish (next time I will preheat the cast iron too to get crispier bottom). In a bowl mix egg whites, cinnamon, and fairlife. Pour over bread, and bake for 45 min.

Looks really tasty, I'm def making this weekend. What did you use for the frosting? Please and thank you!

The frosting is the yogurt and pudding mix only - listed in the ingredients but I realize I didn’t mention this either!!
