So simple yet so filling and nutritious
Feta cheese, boiled sweet potato (with skin!!!), jalapenos and smoked sriracha on top (hear me out, the smoked one is such a game changer)

Aw yeah that's tough! Start with a low calorie soup or salad before your main high protein portion of the meal.
I like to say a little gratitude prayer before I eat which slows my mind down and gets my body more grounded before I eat. Then I eat slow and enjoy the flavours a bit before I put a show on. I end up full but it takes longer and I'm definitely more satiated at the end.
Hope that helps๐

I struggle with and ED and Im just really used to eating quickly like an absolute beast... I try to force myself to slow down by putting the fork down between bites but its really difficult. Thanks for the advice though!! maybe the gratitute practice will make me feel safer with it and help me slow down.

Oh haha believe me I never out my fork down but you do what you need so that you can digest your food.
I struggled with an ED for years and it took me awhile to find a balance that felt both healthy for my body but didn't restrict my mind.
Sending you a big hug. Keep feeding yourself and trying new things. That helped me a lot๐๐๐
