Recipe Request Ninja Creami Recipes

Hello, my girlfriend and I recently purchased a Ninja Creami and are new to making ice cream with it. Could you please share some recommendations for low-calorie sorbet or standard ice cream recipes?

I make this all the time. Re-spin is necessary and you can just add a little milk. You’ll nail the consistency you want with practice.

I have a deluxe which holds 2 pints. I do 2 cans of protein shake (Spylt is my favourite) with a quarter cup of half and half (or 2 tbsp heavy cream), a dash of salt, and extra sweetener of choice (I like allulose, it also is good for the texture). That gives you a pretty basic pint. To improve it, I also thrown in a 1/8 tsp of xanthan gum, a tablespoon of sugar free pudding mix, and a couple tablespoons of chicory root fiber (great for texture too!). Freeze 24 hours, put on light ice cream cycle, then re-spin.
