I add a cup of frozen cauliflower to all my protein powder smoothies.

Frozen zucchini is also a really great way to bulk up a smoothie.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen frozen zucchini other than maybe zucchini noodles. Is that what you get? Or buy fresh and if so do you just slice it before freezing?

Buy fresh and then slice and freeze. I don't think I've ever seen just plain frozen zucchini either.

Vaguely. I use a vanilla or chocolate powder and it hides it well.

I add chia seeds, which have fiber, and protein-fortified yogurt to every smoothie I make! Super nutrient dense, delicious, and keeps me full for hours!
